Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

Welcome to simpliSOCIAL. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the simpliSOCIAL website, participation in simpliSOCIAL events, event registrations, sponsorships, purchases, and other interactions with simpliSOCIAL Marketing LLC (“simpliSOCIAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, registering for an event, purchasing a sponsorship, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About simpliSOCIAL

simpliSOCIAL organizes networking events and related promotional opportunities designed to connect real estate professionals, local businesses, industry partners, and other participants.

Event dates, locations, activities, sponsor benefits, registration requirements, pricing, and other details may vary from event to event.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, enter into a sponsorship arrangement, or otherwise enter into a binding agreement through this website.

Certain events or registration offers may be limited to specific groups, such as licensed real estate professionals or invited industry participants.

3. Event Registration

Registration does not guarantee admission if an event reaches capacity, is canceled, or is subject to venue restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Registrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information so that we can communicate event updates, confirmations, changes, or cancellations.

We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission when reasonably necessary for safety, security, disruptive conduct, violation of venue requirements, or violation of these Terms.

4. Event Changes

Event dates, times, venues, programming, sponsors, giveaways, food and beverage offerings, and other event details may change.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants using the contact information provided during registration.

5. Sponsorships

Businesses and organizations may purchase sponsorship opportunities offered by simpliSOCIAL.

Specific sponsorship benefits are those described on the applicable sponsorship page, order form, invoice, written agreement, or checkout page at the time the sponsorship is purchased.

Sponsor benefits may include advertising, brand recognition, promotional placement, event visibility, displays, tables, giveaways, digital promotion, or other marketing opportunities described in the applicable sponsorship offer.

Purchasing a sponsorship does not create exclusivity unless exclusivity is expressly stated in writing.

6. No Referral or Settlement Service Arrangement

A simpliSOCIAL sponsorship is intended solely as payment for legitimate advertising, promotional exposure, event participation, and other marketing benefits described in the sponsorship offer.

Sponsorship payments are not made in exchange for:

  • Referrals of real estate, mortgage, title, escrow, insurance, appraisal, inspection, or other settlement-service business

  • Leads or guaranteed prospective customers

  • Endorsements or recommendations

  • Preferential treatment

  • The use of any particular settlement-service provider

  • Any agreement or understanding to direct business to or from a sponsor

No attendee, real estate professional, sponsor, organizer, or other participant is required or expected to refer business to another participant as a condition of sponsorship or event participation.

simpliSOCIAL does not guarantee any sponsor a particular number of attendees, leads, referrals, transactions, customers, appointments, or sales.

7. Sponsor Promotional Materials

Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that their advertising, displays, promotional materials, giveaways, statements, offers, and representations are accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the event.

simpliSOCIAL may decline or require modification of promotional materials or activities that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, disruptive, offensive, inconsistent with venue requirements, or inappropriate for the event.

Sponsors remain responsible for compliance with laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising rules, professional standards, and industry-specific requirements applicable to their businesses.

8. Sponsor Giveaways

When a sponsorship requires a giveaway, the sponsor is responsible for providing the giveaway according to the requirements stated in the applicable sponsorship offer.

Unless otherwise stated, required giveaways are provided by the sponsor in addition to the sponsorship fee.

Sponsors are responsible for accurately representing the suggested retail value and any restrictions, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, or other material terms associated with their giveaway.

simpliSOCIAL may promote the availability of sponsor-provided giveaways but does not manufacture, warrant, or guarantee products or services supplied by sponsors.

9. Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment processing may also be subject to the provider's terms and policies.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility, event cancellation terms, sponsorship cancellations, transfers, and credits are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on this website and any additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

If specific refund or cancellation terms are displayed on a registration, sponsorship, checkout, invoice, or order page, those specific terms will also apply to that transaction.

11. Event Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse admission to anyone engaging in threatening, harassing, discriminatory, dangerous, unlawful, substantially disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.

Removal for misconduct may result in forfeiture of registration or sponsorship benefits.

12. Alcohol

Some simpliSOCIAL events may take place at venues where alcoholic beverages are available.

Attendees are responsible for complying with applicable laws and venue policies regarding alcohol consumption and for making safe transportation decisions.

simpliSOCIAL does not require attendees to consume alcohol as a condition of participation.

13. Photography and Recording

simpliSOCIAL events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for event documentation, marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

If a specific event includes additional photography or recording terms, those terms may be communicated during registration or at the event.

If you have concerns about appearing in event photography or recordings, please contact simpliSOCIAL before the event or speak with an event organizer.

14. Third-Party Sponsors, Vendors, and Services

simpliSOCIAL events may feature independent sponsors, vendors, businesses, venues, and other third parties.

Their products, services, advice, offers, advertising, representations, and business practices are their own.

Participation as a sponsor or vendor does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement by simpliSOCIAL.

Any transaction or business relationship between an attendee and a third party is between those parties.

15. No Professional Advice

Information provided through simpliSOCIAL events or this website is intended for general networking, educational, informational, or promotional purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing provided by simpliSOCIAL constitutes legal, tax, financial, real estate, mortgage, accounting, or other professional advice.

Participants should obtain appropriate professional advice for their individual circumstances.

We do not guarantee specific business results, networking outcomes, attendance levels, sponsorship results, leads, referrals, sales, transactions, or other outcomes from participation in simpliSOCIAL.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, simpliSOCIAL Marketing LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, event participation, sponsorship participation, or interactions with other attendees, sponsors, vendors, or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or materials or promotional activities you provide in connection with a simpliSOCIAL event.

23. Privacy
